Janine DB is an accomplished entertainment producer and talent relations professional, currently serving as an Entertainment Producer for the PCLO. In this role, she oversees talent booking and development for both live and digital programming that supports U.S. service members and their families around the world. Janine curates dynamic entertainment experiences by collaborating with top-tier talent, forging impactful brand partnerships, and creating content that authentically engages a global military audience.

Prior to joining the PCLO Global Entertainment team, Janine served as Director of the PCLO Show Troupe at the PCLO of Metropolitan New York (2018–2021), where she produced over 200 live performances annually. Her leadership extended beyond production—she managed artist relations, negotiated talent engagements, and maintained key partnerships with entertainment and corporate brands. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she successfully transitioned to producing global virtual programming, ensuring continued morale-boosting outreach during a critical time.

Janine also brings a strong background in applied arts education and advocacy. Through Empowered Voices, she co-developed and implemented Theatrical Prevention Education—a performance-based training program that uses storytelling and role-play to educate U.S. Army personnel on sexual harassment and assault prevention. She has facilitated workshops and seminars across multiple installations, helping thousands of service members build awareness and practical tools for prevention.

As a professional performer, Janine’s credits include Broadway roles in Grease (Rizzo), Jagged Little Pill, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and Anything Goes. She has toured nationally with If/Then, Finding Neverland, and Young Frankenstein, and has headlined with symphony orchestras across the globe. Her screen work includes appearances on American Sports Story (FX), The Deuce (HBO), Elementary (CBS), Girls5Eva (Netflix), and more.

A dedicated mentor and educator, Janine has led performance and career development masterclasses at the University of Michigan, St. Joseph’s University, and Florida International University—helping the next generation of talent build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the industry.

She is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan.
